Entry Requirements:
Holders of HND, B.Sc or Professional Certificates in any course of study, but MUST have minimum of 2 years work experience in Quality management or its work is to overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement or related areas.
1. Affiliate Certificate: $50: Applicants should be an undergraduate or holders of Lean Six Sigma White Belt, undergraduate of Universities, Polytechnics or professional certifications institute in management or social sciences.
2. Associate of International Institute of Six Sigma (AISSI) Certificate $150 Applicants should be a holders of degree or holders of Six Sigma White Belt will be an added advantages with minimum of 3 years of work experience in Quality management or its work is to overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement or related areas.
– Plus Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification

Full Member of International Institute of Six Sigma (MISSI) Certificate $250 Applicants should be a holders of degree or holders of Six Sigma Yello Belt will be an added advantages with minimum of 5 years of work experience in Quality management or its work is to overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement or related areas.

Fellow of International Institute of Six Sigma (FISSI) Certificate $500 Applicants should be a holders of degree or holders of Six Sigma Green Belt will be an added advantages with minimum of 10 years of work experience in Quality management or its work is to overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement or related areas.

Doctoral Fellow of International Institute of Six Sigma Certificate (DR – FISSI) $1,000: Applicants should be a holders of degree or holders of Six Sigma Black Belt will be an added advantages with minimum of 15 years of work experience in Quality management or its work is to overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence.
